LCP creating scholarship

Lamesa Community Players (LCP) has established the Samuel Leonard Memorial Scholarship and is now accepting applications to be awarded this spring to a graduating senior.

Representatives from the Lamesa Area Chamber of Commerce and local economic development organizations helped host a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday morning for the new Domino’s pizza restaurant at 604 N. Dallas Ave. Owner Norma Dumais cut the ribbon. The business is open from 10:30 a.m. until midnight Sunday through Thursday. It is open from 10:30 a.m. until 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday.
