One of the fastest athletes to ever graduate from Lamesa High School is again on the go.Golden Tor head track coach Gerry Woodberry is leaving to accept a teaching and coaching job in Lubbock.“I just felt like now was time to make a move for me and my family,” Woodberry said. “A new door has opened up for us and we’re going through that door.”Woodberry’ will be the new junior high boys athletic coordinator at Lubbock’s O.L.
