Woodberry continues to hold track records

There’s an old saying that says records are made to be broken. In high school, Gerry Woodberry practically re-wrote the Golden Tornadoes’ track record book. But today as Lamesa High School’s head boys track coach, Woodberry wouldn’t mind seeing some of his old records get broken. That, he said, would mean one of his students would have a good chance of getting to state and maybe an opportunity to run in college.
