After taking a break Tuesday night from District 3-3A hoop action, the Golden Tornadoes will get back into the battle Friday night at Muleshoe. The 12-11 Golden Tornado girls are tied for fourth with Denver City in the 3-3A race going into the final three games of the regular season. Lamesa’s 11-5 boys are currently in a four-way tie for second place in district with five games remaining. The top four teams in district advance to the playoffs.
