The Golden Tornado golf boys opened their season this past weekend in the Snyder Invitational, finishing eighth out of 11 teams.Lamesa opened the twoday tournament by shooting a 409 on Friday at the Scurry County Golf Course. They shot a 458 on Saturday at Western Texas College’s Sammy Baugh Golf Course.“I was pretty excited about that first day.
