The Golden Tornadoes’ girls track season got off to a good start Friday at Muleshoe as they finished with 73 points for third place in the final team standings.The meet featured only running events, with no field events.Lamesa won the 400-meter relay with a very good time of 51.72. Running on that relay were Madison Derington, Reagan Derington, Audrey Rivera and Fashaa Edwards.“This group competed in the regional track meet (last year).
