Golden Tornado head tennis coach Jose Lucio and his wife Tina became the proud parents of their fourth son Monday afternoon at Lubbock. But while Tina was giving birth, Jose was watching his Golden Tornado tennis program continue to come of age in the Region I-3A Tennis Tournament at Abilene’s Rose Park Tennis Center.
