Lamesa Municipal Golf Course will start having its weekly golf scrambles this coming Wednesday. The scrambles will tee off at 5:30 p.m. every week. Each team will consist of four players. There will be open, first, second and third flights, depending on the number of players. Registration fee is $20 per player for members and $25 for non-members. Carts are rented out for $10 each. Nonmembers still will pay $10 for their own personal carts. First and second place cash prizes will be paid in each flight each week. Golfers have until noon each Wednesday to get signed up.
