The Sands Mustangs’ boys and girls cross country squads both continue to be ranked among the Top 10 in the state in Class 1A, but head coach Dustin Wall says they still have work to do to do before they can start planning a return trip to state.Sands girls are ranked fifth and the boys seventh in the second poll of the season by the Cross Country Coaches Association of Texas.
