The Sands Mustangs enjoyed a clean sweep on the hardwoods Tuesday night at Wellman-Union. Sands’ girls, who moved up to fourth in this week’s Class 1A state poll, are now 7-1 after bringing home an 83-15 victory over the Wildcats. Sands opened up a huge 27-4 lead at the end of the first quarter and led 47-12 at halftime.
