The Sands Mustangs have been represented by at least one athlete each of the past eight years at the state cross country meet at Round Rock’s Old Settlers Park.They sent three more to state this past fall.All three – senior Landry Morrow, junior Bianca Plata and freshman Haylee Connell – have now been named to the Cross Country Association of Texas (CCAT) Class 1A All-State Team.“It’s just phenomenal to see all three of our girls on that team.
