After making it to the state cross country meet last year as a freshman, Sands’ Landry Morrow is proving herself as somebody to watch again this fall. Morrow turned in a strong seventh place finish at last Saturday’s big Plainview meet, finishing that course in 12:39. “There were something like 270 girls up at Plainview last weekend, so that was excellent.
