The Golden Tornadoes’ softball team made its first home appearance of their season Tuesday evening and shut out Class 4A San Angelo Lake View, 14-0, in front of a good crowd at Joe Spikes Field.The Golden Tors did most of their damage early, scoring five runs in the bottom half of the first inning, three in the second and five in the third inning. Lamesa’s final run came in the fourth. The game was stopped after five innings on the 10-run rule.“Winning’s always good but we’ve still got work to do as we prepare to play at home again Friday,”
