The Klondike Cougars split their District 8-1A high school basketball doubleheader last Friday night against Cougar Gym against the Grady Wildcats.Klondike’s girls got their 22nd hoop win of this season by knocking off Grady, 43-24. With that win, Klondike’s girls remain alone at the top of the 8-1A pack at 7-0.This was only a nine-point game at the half with the Cougars up 28-19.The Cougars finished up that game by outscoring the Wildcats, 35-13, in the second half.“We had somebody get hot from outside in the third quarter.
