After getting off to such a late start following another highly successful high school football season the Klondike Cougar basketball boys appear to quickly be making up ground.After finishing up their grid season in the state semifinals, Klondike’s boys didn’t play their first basketball until Dec. 8 – about a month later than most other teams.After opening up their season early last week with a 48-39 loss to Valley, Klondike’s got beat by the same Patriots, 47-41, on Saturday in overtime at the Jayton Tournament.
