Klondike’s basketball girls got off to a tough start here Tuesday evening at Lamesa High School’s new gym in their regional quarterfinal match up against top ranked Whiteface.The 27-6 Cougar girls didn’t get their first basket of that game until 3:57 remaining in the opening quarter when Klondike sophomore M’Kynleigh Barron got Klondike’s girls on the scoreboard.
