Lamesa’s junior high basketball girls won three of their four games here Thursday evening against the Greenwood Rangerettes. Lamesa won Thursday’s eighth grade girls A game, 47-16. It was the Lamesa girls’ first win of the season. “I was proud of the way the girls played. They showed improvement from our last game,” Coach Gerry Woodberry said. “They played good defense this whole game.
