Lamesa Municipal Golf Course Superintendent Victor Dimas announced this past week the city’s golf course will be hosting a July Fourth Fun Golf Scramble this coming Thursday. There will be a registration fee of $25 per golfer for the three-person, 18-hole scramble. Thursday’s holiday golf scramble will tee off at noon. The deadline for interested golfers in Thursday’s holiday scramble is 6 p.m. Wednesday.
