The O’Donnell Eagles had little trouble in sweeping their District 6A high school basketball games Friday at Southland. Between their two games, O’Donnell outscored Southland, 126-30.The Eagle girls breezed to their first league win of the season, 55-9.O’Donnell was up 12-2 at the end of the first quarter and 28-5 at the half. OHS outscored Southland, 27-4, in the final two quarters.“Our girls did a lot of good things in this game tonight. starting out with working together well. We also did a good job of working the ball inside where they couldn’t stop us,” O’Donnell Coach Allison Hancock said.
