A lack of consistency continues being the big problem at Welch for the Dawson Dragon high school hoopsters.“Probably one of our biggest problems still is slow starts. After getting off to slow starts in most of our games we find ourselves trying to play catch up a lot,” Dawson girls coach A.J.
