After going two rounds deep in the six-man football playoffs the Klondike Cougars are now switching their attention to the hardwoods.“We had a couple of our guys banged up from football so we gave our guys the week off after football, then took last week off due to Thanksgiving,” Klondike Coach Xavier Elizondo said.The Klondike boys tip off their season Tuesday night, hosting the Plains Cowboys. Klondike will play in the in the Plains Tournament later in the week.Klondike’s boys finished their past two seasons in the third round of the playoffs.On paper, the Cougars have some work to do,
