Borden County got a good non-district workout on Friday in a 52-41 win over Sudan in a game played at Lubbock. “Sudan has some pretty good athletes,” Borden County Coach Bubb Edwards said. “They’ve got good size and good speed that pushed us.” The game was tied 14-14 after the first quarter but Borden County started pulling away in the second quarter to take a 26-21 lead at halftime.
