Iris Bergara is the winner of this week’s Lamesa Press-Reporter football contest, as she was the only contestant in Week 4 to pick 11 of the 12 games correctly. She wins the weekly firstplace cash prize of $20. Three contestants tied with identical 10-2 records but Tony W. Rodriques came away with the secondplace prize of $15 after being the closest of the three on the tiebreaker game. Rodriques guessed a total of 54 points on the tiebreaker game, which saw a total of 61 points scored in Lamesa High School’s 32-29 homecoming win over Amarillo River Road.
