It was only a year ago when Borden County’s golf boys found themselves in first place after the first day of action in the Class 1A State Golf Tournament at Plum Creek Golf Course at Leander.After shooting a 341 the first day of play, the Coyote boys struggled through the second day, shooting a 364 at Plum Creek and finishing that tournament at 705 - good for second place in the final standings.
