The annual Wayne Hogg Memorial Golf Tournament tees off this coming weekend at the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course.“This is like the eleventh year for us to have this tournament. We started having this tournament in memory of dad. It’s turned out being a good way to give back to our community as well as remember him,” said Waylan Hogg, the youngest of Wayne’s three sons. “We’ve been able to help out a lot of people either through scholarships, helping different people who are going through family hardships, or just helping kids have a better Christmas.”The tournament tees off Aug. 5-6 ...
