Lamesa High School’s Golden Tornado Band performed their Spring Concert Friday night in the school auditorium before conducting the annual band banquet in the cafeteria. It is one of the last community performances given by 16 band members who are graduating May 20. The concert brought out more than 100 parents, residents and school offi cials to enjoy the band’s performances of “Shadow Cove March,” “Egyptique,” “Blinding Lights” and LHS’ traditional alma mater song.
