West Texas Opportunities, Inc. will be holding an annual public hearing this coming Thursday on its Community Service Block Grant. The hearing will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the WTO office at 603 N. 4th St. in Lamesa. Information will be presented about the 2022 performance measures and budget for WTO’s 18-county area served through the block grant. Counties included are: Andrews, Borden, Dawson, Ector, Fisher, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Mitchell, Nolan, Reeves, Scurry, Upton, Ward and Winkler. ...
