Main Street could be completed as soon as August, said Ana Pelhank of restaurant owner Inspired by Opportunity LLC.The Grand Rapids, Michigan-based company owns several Wendy’s chains in various states, according to Pelhank.Inspired By Opportunity felt Andrews would be a successful area to locate a restaurant.
