An election which had been scheduled this month for one position on the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District’s board of directors has been postponed due to the COVID-19 epidemic. As allowed by an advisory from the governor, the district’s board of directors on Wednesday voted for the Precinct 1 seat on the board to be held in conjunction with the state’s general election on Nov. 3.
