Thirty permits for new water wells were approved Wednesday by the board of directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District.Six of those permits were issued to Mike Grigg, four to Teresa Estes, and three each to P.J. Bessire, Quinton Kearney, Stevens and Tull Development, and Ronnie Taylor. Earl Reeves received two permits.
