Permits for 20 new water wells drilled in various areas of the county were approved by directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District during their regular meeting Wednesday morning.Three of those permits were issued to Blaine Middleton. Receiving one each were James Norris, Donald Love and Jeanie Hendon.
