Well permits and budget amendments will be among the business facing directors of the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District when they hold their regular monthly meeting Wednesday morning. That meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the district office at 212 N. Ave. G in Lamesa. The board has only nine requests for new well permits.
