With a quorum of board members not expected to be available, officials with the Mesa Underground Water Conservation District on Tuesday cancelled their regular board meeting which was scheduled for Wednesday morning. District Manager Jacob Hernandez said the meeting is being rescheduled for next Wednesday, Aug. 25, at 8:30 a.m. in the district office at 212 N. Ave. G. All of the business which had been scheduled for this week will be on the agenda for next week’s meeting, he reported. That includes approval of the budget for 2021-2022, adoption of a new tax rate, a hearing and action on well permit requests,
