SNYDER – The Texas Ramp Project is a non-profit that provides free wheelchair ramps to low-income older adults and people with disabilities that are identified by local health care providers.Volunteers in the community build these ramps that are approved by the Texas Ramp Project.“Being able to help other people get around is rewarding,” Steve Mackey said. “So many people have steps and can’t get down the steps.
