Every year, the Dawson County United Fund donation drive begins in August and usually doesn’t end until the year does.This year, the donation drive to raise $60,000 benefiting two non-profit organizations is getting a late start.Organizers are sending out cards to the school district, the county, Medical Arts Hospital and previous year’s donors.
