A Dawson County Hospital District (DCHD) incumbent and a newcomer are the most recent candidates to file for positions up for election this spring. The hospital district, Lamesa school board and Lamesa city council each have three seats available for the May 1 election. Candidates have until Feb. 12 to file to run in any of those elections.
