The board of the Lamesa Economic Alliance Project on Friday approved an incentive package for the Tractor Supply retail store set to locate in the former Walmart facility at the Pioneer Square Shopping Center. Following a brief executive session, board members convened in a regular setting and approved incentives including a job creation grant and a façade grant, according to LEAP Executive Director Lee Peterson.
