The school trustees of Klondike ISD voted to extend Superintendent Steve McLaren’s contract for an additional year at their board meeting this past Thursday. Now McLaren’s contract is scheduled to expire in 2022. McLaren said the meeting “ended up going pretty good.” “I’ve got a great board to work with and I’m looking forward to working with them,” McLaren said.
