ANDREWS – The impact Lindsey Horton had on healthcare and on people, in general, lives on. That fact was evident with a recent fundraiser to provide scholarships to young students heading into the healthcare field. The Lindsey Horton Memorial Scholarship Fund recipients were recently announced, including seven from Andrews, according to Permian Regional Medical Center (PRMC) representatives.
