Organizers of the annual Dawson County Junior Livestock Show are gearing up for another big event featuring 4-H and FFA students showcasing months of hard work in raising their animals.The event is scheduled for Jan. 5-8.In past years, the annual livestock show took place in the LeeRoy Colgan fair barn with the auction held in the nearby community center.Due to COVID-19 restrictions on large gatherings, organizers last year held both the show and the auction at the fair barn.The change in keeping everything under one roof was a popular one among last year’s attendees.
