A 27-year-old Lamesa woman remains hospitalized after reportedly being repeatedly stabbed and cut during an incident of domestic violence here Sunday evening, according to Lamesa Police Chief Josh Peterson. “The last I heard, as of mid-morning today, she is in stable condition,” Peterson said late Tuesday afternoon. A suspect in the incident, identified as 30-year-old Ricardo Ricky Lee Hernandez, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and is being held in the Dawson County jail with bond set at $100,000.
