SNYDER – The Snyder Farmers Market has been open on summer Saturday mornings for the past six years. It has been a way for local shoppers to find local growers with fresh, home-grown and made products ranging from produce and baked goods, jellies and jams, to hand-made art pieces, fresh meat, household items and live music. Most Saturday mornings shoppers have their choice of 12-15 vendors. Calhoun Wiggins and Darla Wiggins have helped organize the farmers market since its beginning.
