ANDREWS – Wet conditions put a slight damper on Monday’s Ride to Remember event, but the skies cleared just in time for the Memorial Day ceremony at a newly improved Andrews County Veterans Memorial facility at the chamber office. A crowd of around 400 attended the ceremony, which was designed to honor and acknowledge American soldiers who gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
