SNYDER – Snyder Independent School District (SISD) launched into summer school last week after ending its traditional school year. Children can participate in Jumpstart and Afterschool Centers on Education (ACE) programs throughout the summer. Primary school ACE Site Coordinator Eric DeLeon said that children are learning classic subjects including math and English with Jumpstart staff in the mornings. After lunch they have the opportunity to participate in extracurriculars with ACE staff.
