The annual Dawson County Junior Livestock Show this week is expected to bring out a total of 59 FFA and 4-H students from the Lamesa, Klondike, Dawson and O’Donnell school districts along with the Dawson County 4-H. They’re bringing with them almost 170 animals to the show.The livestock show kicks off Wednesday when students bring in their goat and lamb entries to be weighed from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Lee Roy Colgan building.It continues Thursday at 8 a.m. when swine projects begin weigh-ins.
