SEMINOLE – The Gaines County Sheriff’s Office announced July 7 they are investigating a report of suspects impersonating law enforcement deputies. A citizen was stopped July 6 by suspects impersonating deputies. According to the sheriff’s webpage, the first suspect was driving a white Ford passenger car with a tall antenna, black rims and red-blue lights on the dash, and a siren. That suspect is a tall white male wearing a starched bluish long-sleeved shirt, a cowboy hat, and a large belt buckle.
