SLATON – The Slaton Economic Development Corporation heard an update from the mural committee Thursday afternoon, Oct. 20, during its monthly meeting.Judy Thomas, who is leading the committee, said they have met twice with a third time scheduled.They have a few items agreed upon, such as the mural painter, but are still trying to get a design finalized.
