A week after canceling a meeting regarding the contract of Superintendent Jim Knight, the Lamesa school board has rescheduled it for 6 p.m. Monday in the Central Office board room at 212 N. Houston Street.There are only two items on the agenda. The board will evaluate Knight’s job performance and consider extending his contract for another yearThe board was supposed to hold the special meeting last Monday, but it was canceled when board members reported they would be unable to attend.
