With voting for several local offices having just recently concluded, balloting in another election is now getting underway.Early voting starts Monday in a statewide runoff election for both the Demomocratic and Republican party primaries.There are no local races on either of the primary runoff ballots. Four statewide races are on the Democratic runoff ballot here and three statewide races are on the Republican primary ballot.Voters who cast ballots in one party’s primary election may not vote in the other party’s runoff election.
