A member of the Dawson County Hospital District Board of Directors resigned his seat after last month’s meeting, citing personal reasons. Board president Kim Bairrington announced Tyler Roberts’ resignation during Thursday night’s board meeting in the community room at Medical Arts Hospital. “It was a hard decision for him and we’re going to miss him,” Bairrington said. Roberts was elected to the board in May of 2019, running without opposition for the Precinct 1 position. He filled a position previously held by Sharalyn Ferguson, who did not seek re-election.
